Luck By Chance

This one is for all farhan lovers. But mind you, it has got lot more to offer. Zoya has done an admirable job. She has subtly potrayed everything which happens in the real world (b world), unlike Bhandarkar, who is too loud while doing it. She has done the same job without making it acerbic. Also, you will be happy to see a wide variety of faces from bollywoood appearing here and there in the movie. She has claimed luck to be an important factor apart from the X factor required to be a star - “aag” as she has called it in the movie. Movie has good share of roles for Rishi k, Juhi Chawla (who has done a very good job to find her own niche in the B movies now a days, without becoming maa or bhabhi!!), Dimple (who is looking good and suitable for role), Sanjay K (who looked aptly like a bogus director) and our beloved Hritik (who looked really cute while cursing Rishi K and Sanjay kapur in movie!). Music is very nice and act as a good support to the movie.

Farhan is becoming good day by day (I sometimes fantasize why is he always found using rogue techniques for becoming successful, this bit was similar (maybe about 20%) in rock on and luck by chance, although the latest one has even darker shade of same spirit… :P ). He is really charming even while doing all this (yes, I have become a big big fan of his!). Impressive, because of his clear difference from his rivals, unlike bechara Harman B. His voice is also remarkable and may be helps him often. Konkarna has already established herself as an actor. She comfortably fits into the roles offered to her, which is true in this case too. The concluding act by her is awesome.

Overall, the concept is different and the movie is entertaining. It also conveys message very well, so the film has got soul too and finally direction is good too…what else do we want from an almost three hr movie?

I hope that Zoya has read her movie review in Indian Express, which specially compliments her for this work in detail and hopes she continues to make such good movies...:).

Also, hope God saves us from rubbish like rab ne and Shahrukh stops selling himself with such bizarre stuff! ...Amen

(Disclaimer: This is my personal opinion. I rarely write reviews, this one is coming only because I "really" liked it for its novel style)
