Gajini...:(

Frankly, I was quite disappointed with this movie's second half. First half was really good, no doubt. But then, in the second half - 1990's film styles flaws are quite prominent. Looks like that hangover has still not gone off the director's mind. And having Aamir do that was even more surprising. Aamir must have been really desperate to participate in this pack spree, to have ignored these problems in the movie. The director insisted badly to get Amir in the shady condition with this memory loss and revenge combination, that he totally ignored the route to get there.
No really, someone please explain: why will gajini kill some one in limelight already (kalpana), I mean criminals are smart - please accept, why will the lady constable call up this girl, how will she help on loss of two girls, why will gajini leave her boyfriend alive after killing his gf in front of him, as if he knew ki usko short term memory loss hone wala hai, and why didnt he simply shoot Aamir later on so many occasions, and Zia khan add on was a total rubbish....and finally police is sleeping through all this episode....is desh mein koi police hai bhi ki nahi bhai....
Anyway, hope we get directors to understand that in order to avoid flaws, they can choose a rather simple plot and do a better detailing. That might suit the audience more, with or without Amir magic tag on it...please.

  1. well all points well made...but i would like to add that we shouldnt forget that this movie actually has broken all the previous set records by crossing the mark of 100 crores in collections in mere one week !
I logically should be surprised that ,the idea of, with huge number of accessible movie experts present in and out of media and web, movie being drossy and imperfect never reached the audience.
If I am truly surpised( the views were never conveyed to the audience) then I would naver call Bollywood audience intelligent and sharp.
and If these ideas were actually acknowledged then hats off to the Marketing team of ghajini, hats off to aamir khan - you guys seriously deserve accolades for your understading of the lethargic and naive audience.
