BJP: Failure Revisited

Recently BJP has seen baffling defeat, the analysis of the results is ongoing. Media, experts and everybody, but themselves, are keen to do a root cause analysis and so am I. Lets not go into the details and examine broadly why this could have happened. Although very few are vocalizing (and those who are trying to do so are silenced in the name of party discipline) that Mr Advani himself is a real put off. BJP's campaign couldn't have been without negativity when their PM candidate himself represents it. It is not because of one, but many of his deeds, why Advani cannot be separated from negativity. Promises he made were aggressive though, but none were convincing. Entire face of BJP is boring, they have no vigor, no real reason to fight, no feeling for change and finally, they keep criticizing dynasty. They decline to bring about changes, their leaders often display selfishness. They have failed to concentrate on public more than themselves and they have lost focus.
The biggest problem with BJP is despite loosing twice in consecutive elections, neither is there a consensus on what is to be done about it nor is there any display of regret. People are really disappointed in BJP's style of accepting defeat. I mean, look at Communists, who have been looked down every now and then, and yet, they came out in public only after one internal party sitting and accepted that they have been wrong in deciding on Nuclear deal and Singur issues. This was a very graceful act on their behalf and so has the media reciprocated.
BJP has been tormented by Yashwant Sinha, Jaitley and Jaswant Singh, as they called for changes which they aren't seeing as happening.

Alright consider these rough ideas for reinventing BJP:
-- Make Someone moderate as candidate for PM (why not test Naqvi and likes in BJP?? this will really be a remarkable decision which will live out time and also will change BJP's image for ever. Don't always decide on seniority basis, become more innovative and flexible)
-- Appoint Yashwant Sinha, Jaswant Singh or Jaitley as party chief (Rajnath Singh has been extremely disappointing....constantly assuming disgusting antics and unable to answer any questions satisfactorily) - let them make party strategy for next election, with contribution from performing chief ministers( v imp!!!) including Modi, Nitish etc.
--- Lal K Advani should quit as leader of opposition owing his responsibility of whatever happened in this election (even if he is not convinced about it), Sushma or somebody should replace. although party internal chaos needs to be sorted out there
--- Improvement in party workers functioning, give them more respect and importance, send them on look out for issues both at local and state level (Mr Jaitley keeps saying with full conviction that impressive people are not given a chance and that only dynasty rules in congress. However, Mr Jaitley, please tell whether anybody has impressed you so far among Party workers? What has your party done for countering dynasty rule? Who are the young people contesting from your party based on performance and why should we spare Varun Gandhi? What was so impressive about V Gandhi that none in the other BJP youth wing (if it exists at all) embodies?)
--- Allow Varun Gandhi to start rejuvenating youth wing of the party, with or without sons and daughters of your leaders
--- Appoint a new face as party spokespersons who speaks well
--- Every body else better keeps quite for some time
--- keep people like Kalyan Singh, Uma Bharti, Raje Scindhiya etc., as people who speak out loud but are not result oriented, out of everything.

This will attack main problems of party:
- Major turn offs: LK Advani, Vankaiyya N and Rajnath S etc.
- Negative attitude, no introspection
- No young faces in party, couple of them present are disapproved publically for whatever they do
- Stop chanting dynasty problem, it is indeed not a problem!!!
- Touch upon better issues than just terrorism, stop hailing false promises - it will be caught in media's radar

India needs BJP and majority doesn't want it to be trashed so soon, for Congress deserves a better fight for a country of 1.15 billion people.
