Panelist 1.Give some incident from customer’s plant when you faced a difficulty, how did you overcome?
Panelist 2. Mention an incident from personal life which was a tough one for you, how u managed to overcome?
P2. What is inside you, which helps you overcome such hassles?
P1. Tell us some interesting incident from plant which you solved, when plant people were not able to solve it?
P2. Where do you want to see yourself in next ten years?
I say I wanna go in fmcg industry
P1. Suppose they don’t want you, who would u choose then?
I say some engineering firms like Samsung etc
P1. Why not aditya birla types? Diversified ones….
(oh please gimme a break!)
P1. What is your age? !!!!!!
P2. Mention some incident when you took an initiative and it brought some benefits to company or any person etc?
(apparently happy with my ans for first time during the interview )
P2. You are doing already well enough, then say, if you get only 50k more after ISB, then what?
P2. Any questions for us?
I ask two ques….

(lasted for about 25 minutes, obviously my ans were quite short)

Frankly, if this is what it was going to be like then I certainly have made a mistake. No seriously, I am bored of this life already. I have no msgs in my gmail box, no sms, no phone calls, it feels like I am already a mother of 5 kids and nobody on earth cares for me anymore. The only emails i get are on my office ID. Clearly, I have reduced from being a "human being" to a "human resource". Slog and then retire. At workplace, life is not so good either. At this age, i tell you my dear friends, no matter how much one tries, one is bound to do the dirty work. Strategy profiles, specially, can be described as the work that CEO/CFO think should be done, you know, but "they" don't want to do it. So they hire poor fellows like me.
