Going through the matrimonials

It is a funny bumpy ride, I tell you. Specially, for a dreamy girl, from top to bottom, the range is wide in the matrimonial section. One minute I am the wife of future Dhirubhai Ambani and start preparing the list of charities that I will be doing to look good, the other moment, I am wife of a looser lawyer. Few ads make me feel sure of what I want in life, while the other few make me look to newer horizons. I had never thought how interesting this exercise of finding a bridegroom could be. I wonder sometimes how boring my life will be once I am decided. Only remaining challenge will be the same as that facing Germans - to maintain what exists. In fact, it scares me to think of harsher realities of life i.e. I shall have too much work to do, people will call me old lady and my kids will like to do nasty things most of the time. Is there a way of stopping the time machine? I guess no.

Sigh.

Frankly, if this is what it was going to be like then I certainly have made a mistake. No seriously, I am bored of this life already. I have no msgs in my gmail box, no sms, no phone calls, it feels like I am already a mother of 5 kids and nobody on earth cares for me anymore. The only emails i get are on my office ID. Clearly, I have reduced from being a "human being" to a "human resource". Slog and then retire. At workplace, life is not so good either. At this age, i tell you my dear friends, no matter how much one tries, one is bound to do the dirty work. Strategy profiles, specially, can be described as the work that CEO/CFO think should be done, you know, but "they" don't want to do it. So they hire poor fellows like me.
