I am not showing my start up pitch to anayst again!

So here is my mid year resolution: I am not showing my start up idea pitch to an analyst again! I am quite pissed of this funda of VC funds. This is exactly like going via HR executive for a senior position in any company: both ideas are most stupidest things common in the corporate.
Recently, some VC fund guy (fairly smart and sr) told us to he wanted to give us an ear. He heard and he said "oh not my area" type of thing and diverted or rather, diluted us to the analyst level. I had not realized this until I really had a chat with the analyst, that which was the most shabby discussions I have had with anyone in recent past (basically since I had quit my MNC job). Sorry if some analysts find this offensive, with zero experience in industry and basic education not helping you much, no time to look at ppt, email mismanagement oops ouch, you cannot expect entrepreneur to respect you much. They have excruciating industry and start up experience on their side and perhaps similar / better pedigree too.
Since I do not expect any immediate changes in hiring or funding ways around here, I should trust that a good idea should survive on its own. Yes this means, I will not be attending the award ceremonies (bloody ET just asked for Rs 17k! for mere enroll) and I will not get the selfie with the brothers or other poster boys.

my my hey hey...it isn't as glamorous as it used to be.
